BIOGRAPHY
Amy Hines began her career as the instrumental member of the public relations team for the illustrious Hazelton Lanes. It was here, in Yorkville, that she discovered her skill of dealing with top acting talent in the industry. Her proven track record of nurturing and mentoring aspiring talent prompted Amy's subsequent career move into agency management where she gained valuable experience working with various agents in the Toronto artistic community. Over the past 26 years, Amy has drastically expanded her footprint in the Canadian acting community. Her clients appear in major television commercials, TV series and feature films. She has clients appearing on the main stage at Second City and has placed actors in series lead roles for YTV and Family Channel, many Hallmark movies, along with several feature films including: My Old Ass (Premiered at Sundance Film Festival 2024), Shazam!, Resident Evil 3xXx: Return of Xander Cage (starring Vin Diesel), Arrival (starring Amy Adams), as well as several Animation series including Caillou, Barney, Paw Patrol and Builder Brothers to name a few! Her clients can also be seen in recurring roles in Cruel Intentions, Ghosts, numerous television and Netflix series such as Law and Order Toronto, The Boys, Star Trek, In the Dark, Chucky, Children Ruin Everything, Slasher, Wayne, Incorporated, Suits, Black Mirror, Workin' Moms, Bitten, Covert Affairs, Handmaid's Tale, The Hardy Boys, American Gods, Spinning Out and Let It Snow. She also has a client/actor roster that includes on-air hosts at CITY TV, CP 24, Global and CTV in Toronto, Ontario, and maintains active relationships in the LA market. She is a member of TAMAC and completed her Certificate in Entertainment Law at Osgoode Hall. |
